Your use of this Card indicates your acceptance of the following terms: Card must be presented at the time of redemption and can only be redeemed at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York City ("Waldorf"). This Card is valid for the payment of food, beverage, lodging, and spa services at the Waldorf Hotel, or a Waldorf restaurant, and for no other services. Use of this card is subject to availability; to confirm availability you must call the Waldorf, make a reservation and provide the gift package code or gift card number at the time the reservation is made. This Card may not be redeemed for cash, is nonrefundable, and may not be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. This Card does not contain an expiration date. Other than the right to use the Card as described, purchaser and any recipient of the Card agree to release the Waldorf and Hilton Hotels Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and parents from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of the purchase and/or use of this Card. The laws of the state of New York will govern the use of this card.
