How do I place an order?
Click the “Add to Basket” button to add the desired products to your shopping
basket. From the shopping basket, you can update the product quantity, remove
the item from your basket, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. Once your
shopping basket is finalized, click the “Checkout” button to begin the order
process.
Once you select “Checkout,” you will be brought to the Shipping Form. This form
contains all the necessary information to deliver your order to the intended
recipient. Fill out all the fields indicated and specify your desired shipping
method. If any information is entered incorrectly, you will see an error message
displayed in red text at the top of the page. This is to notify you to enter any
missing information. Once this form is complete, click the “Continue” button.
After clicking “Continue,” you are now on the Billing Form. This page contains
your billing information. If any information is entered incorrectly, you will
see an error message displayed in red text at the top of the page. This is to
notify you to enter any missing information. Once this form is complete, click
the “Place Order” button.
After clicking “Continue,” you are now on the Review Order Page where all of the
details of your order can be reviewed. If any information in inaccurate, select
the “Edit” button to make the necessary changes. If the order is correct, click
the “Send Order” button to process.
You are then taken to the Order Confirmation page. It is recommended to print
this page for your records.

How do I use the shopping basket?
The shopping basket contains all the items you selected while you were shopping.
When you add an item to your basket it will update the Shopping Basket. From the
shopping basket, you can update the product quantity, remove the item from your
basket, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

How are items shipped?
There are two shipping options from which you can choose:
1. Hold for Pick-Up – The Waldorf=Astoria will process your gift card purchase
and hold it at the Front Desk for you to pick up in person. Please bring your
Order Confirmation page with you to retrieve the purchase.
2. Federal Express Overnight – To be delivered by the next day. The cost for this
shipping method is $9.95. Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the following business day.

How do I finalize my order?
To place your order, click the “Send Order” button on the Review Order page. By
clicking on the "Send Order" button you are authorizing a charge to the credit
card you have provided. A final summary of your order will be displayed along
with your order number on the Order Confirmation page. It is recommended to
print this page for your records and please refer to this number when
referencing your purchase.
You will also receive an email of the order you have just placed.
